Velvet Pour is a mobile bartending service that provides beverage catering and mixology services for private events. We do not sell or provide alcohol directly. The client is solely responsible for supplying all alcohol served at their event and ensuring all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age (21+).

Velvet Pour reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or underage, or in any situation where safety is at risk. By booking our services, you agree to assume full responsibility for your guests' consumption of alcohol and compliance with local laws and venue policies.

Velvet Pour is fully insured; however, clients are responsible for verifying that our services comply with their venue’s requirements and any applicable local or state regulations.
