​​At Velvet Pour, we take pride in providing exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have outlined our refund and cancellation terms below:

Deposits & Booking

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the event.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 20 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund (excluding the deposit).

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

• In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your event once, at no additional charge, if requested at least 10 days in advance.

• Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

No-Show Policy

• Failure to provide access or coordinate event logistics on the agreed date will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Weather & Outdoor Events

• For outdoor events, we advise having a backup plan. Velvet Pour is not liable for cancellations due to inclement weather unless otherwise agreed in writing.
